In 2005, Keith Beatty was New Hanover County’s top agent with sales of 440 properties totaling $114.8 million. Keith was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a B.S. in Education. A resident of Wilmington since 1983, he began as a self-employed business owner. Since joining Intracoastal Realty in 1993, he has sold over 2350 properties totaling over $496 million. Keith has been the leading agent in New Hanover County for the past six years in number of homes sold. He specializes in working closely with builders and developers to market and sell new home communities.
