Keith Beatty
Keith Beatty was ranked #2 realtor in NC and #27 in the US in 2006 by the Wall Street Journal for total team transactions. In 2005, Keith Beatty was New Hanover County’s top agent with sales of 440 properties totaling $114.8 million. Keith was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a B.S. in Education. A resident of Wilmington since 1983, he began as a self-employed business owner. Since joining Intracoastal Realty in 1993, he has sold over 2350 properties totaling over $496 million. Keith has been the leading agent in New Hanover County for the past 5 years in number of homes sold. He specializes in working closely with builders and developers to market and sell new home communities. Keith’s prestige not only affirms his abilities and expertise, but also his attention to details and keen insight.
Realizing the value of a quality team, Keith broadened his abilities and perspective by adding other licensed agents to his team.

Jennie Steele
In 2003 Jennie Steele joined the Keith Beatty team. In the past 2 years these two individuals have brought fresh ideas and insight to the team. Jennie, originally from Winston Salem, NC came to Wilmington in 1996 to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After graduating from the Cameron School of Business in 1999 with a degree in marketing Jennie worked in Greece and her hometown of Winston Salem, before returning to Wilmington in 2003. Jennie worked for two years in general brokerage and assisting the team in sales and marketing. Currently she is working as the sales agent for Putnam Run and Windsor Place.

Drew Pittman
Drew Pittman is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina who comes from a family of real estate professionals. Drew moved to Wilmington in 1999. He is also a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a double major in business management and marketing. Drew specializes in working with buyers and sellers. His knowledge of the real estate market adds to the professionalism that the Keith Beatty team offers to its clients.

Allyson McWatty Neal
Allyson Neal is a native of Wilmington. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2000 with a degree in International Business. After college, she relocated to Greenville, NC and continued her career in the service industry. In 2006, Allyson returned to Wilmington and began working for Keith. She brings a creative edge to the team in advertising and sales, specializing in the marketing of new home communities.

Gene Ingle
Gene Ingle joined the team in 2006 as well. Originally from Hickory, NC, Gene attended UNCW and graduated in 1993 with a communications degree. He worked as a sales manager for a local marine dealership, MacGregor Yachts, before becoming a licensed sales agent for Keith. Gene’s specialty is working with buyers and sellers to meet their real estate needs. He has added his unique expertise in sales and broad client-base to a team of top professionalism.

Daphne Rivenbark
A native of Fayetteville, NC, Daphne Rivenbark attended Methodist College where she studied business. She relocated to Wilmington, NC, in 2000 with her family. After working in the field of massage therapy for ten years, she opted for a career change in 2005 and obtained her real estate license. Daphne joined Keith’s team in 2006 and works closely with buyers and sellers.
