Drew is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina who comes from a family of real estate professionals. Drew moved to Wilmington in 1999 and began working with Keith Beatty in 2003. He is also a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a double major in business management and marketing. Drew specializes in working with buyers, sellers, builders and developers. His knowledge of the real estate market adds to the professionalism that the Keith Beatty team offers to its clients. Drew is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and just recently became a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) to increase his ability to serve clients and their needs.

A native of Fayetteville, NC, Daphne attended Methodist College where she studied business and accounting. She relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2000 with her husband to raise their two children. After working in the field of Massage Therapy for ten years, she opted for a career change in 2005 and obtained her real estate license as well as her brokers license. Sherri Ingle

Growing up in the mountains of North Carolina in Asheville, Sherri was surrounded by beauty yet the beauty of the ocean pulled her to Wilmington in 1989. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated in 1993 with a major in Communications. She became engaged and later married Gene Ingle and moved west to the foothills of the mountains. But the coast and all it offered drew them back to the beach. Encouraged by her husband, also a broker on the team, Sherri earned her Real Estate license and began a career with the company. Sherri now plays an important role on the Keith Beatty Team with her vast understanding of the area and the market, while assisting in real estate transactions.

Nicole Valentine
Nicole Valentine - Broker Associate
Nicole Valentine is the newest addition to the Keith Beatty team. A North Carolina native, Nicole completed her BS at ECU. While in college, Nicole was chosen as an intern with Western Resorts. In 1996, she worked in Urban Affair at NC State University doing logistics processing and social research. Joining PPD in 1998, Nicole soon learned of her love for assisting others in maximizing their efficiency and quality in the workplace. The majority of her career at PPD was spent as a trainer, teaching the same skills she now intends to use in her real estate career to assist her local community neighbors as they transition to and from new homes. She currently works with buyers and sellers and is Eco-Broker certified. Her goal is to become a leading "Green" certified real estate agent. She is currently a member of the City of Wilmington Tree Commission, Cape Fear Green Builiding Alliance where she serves on the Board, the Coastal Conservation Association and the Realtor’s Legislative Committee.

Gene joined the Keith Beatty Team in 2006. Originally from Hickory, NC, Gene attended UNCW and graduated in 1993 with a Communications degree. He worked as a sales manager for a local marine dealership, MacGregor Yachts, before becoming a licensed sales agent for Keith. Gene's specialty is working with buyers and sellers in all areas to meet their real estate needs. He has added his unique expertise in sales and broad client-base to a team of top professionalism.
